BUYING ADMIN ASSISTANT - Based Ringwood, Hants.

An opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate keen to progress into a buying career. Strong communication and PC skills(including Excel) are essential in order to provide admin support to the buying and product manager.

We would prefer a candidate with merchandising training and experience.

Extreme Innovations is an online action sports retailer;we manage various online sites including www.extremepie.com. You will need an interest and knowledge of action sports, and a flair for fashion.

Key parts of the role include helping with range planning, monitoring stock and sales information, inputting stock orders onto the stock management system, liaising with suppliers and organising samples. Therefore attention to detail is a key attribute. You will take a proactive role in the buying process and this is an opportunity in time to develop into a buying role providing you meet the company ethics of customer service, hard work and colleague care.

Salary level £12,000 - £14,000 depending on experience.

The work experience would consist of:

-creating web graphics.

-coordinating and participation in photography.

-cutting out selected images using graphical software.

-product descriptions.

-visual merchandising of products.
